Dialing Tips

The habits separating top Uplift agents from everyone else.

Triple dial, 3–8 times a day

Call each lead 3x per attempt. You're not calling too much — the lead requested this information and top agents call at this level.

Switch your number if pickups drop

Most dialers and CRMs let you rotate caller ID. Try a new number before blaming the list.

Aim for a one-call close

Appointments frequently no-show. The best time to write a policy is right now, on this call.

Always use your script

Do not wing the conversation. The script is what's working — trust it and run it.

300 dials a day minimum

If you didn't get a sale, increase your dials. Goal: at least one policy written every day.
